Dr. Vincent Suber is a graduate of Mount Union University, where he earned a Bachelor degree in Middle-Aged Childhood Education as a student athlete. He began his career in education by teaching 6th grade Science in the Cleveland Municipal School District in 2003. He was hired by the Copley-Fairlawn City School District. He taught 6th grade Language Arts and Social Studies there for 10 years. During his time at Copley-Fairlawn City Schools, he also coached football, basketball and track. He also served as the Athletic Administrator in the district. During his tenure at Copley, Dr. Suber received two master degrees from the University of Akron in Special Education and Educational Administration.
In 2014, Dr. Suber was hired as the assistant principal of Streetsboro High School. In 2016, he was promoted to the position of principal at Streetsboro Middle School and he began pursuing a Ph.D at Kent State University and graduated with doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration. In 2021, he was hired as the principal of Wadsworth High School and he is currently employed there.
Dr. Suber enjoys reading, sports and spending time with his family with his wife Liz and his 6 year old twins, Vincent III and Violet. His goal as a principal is to be a positive role model for the students and to ensure equity for all students. He attempts to provide meaningful experiences for our students which encourages their love of learning, while showing students that we value them through our relationships with them. His ultimate goal is to ensure equity for all students, while providing a meaningful educational experience to show students they are valued.

My name is Dr. Vincent Suber and I am the proud Principal of Wadsworth High School! As principal, I am both thrilled and honored to be a part of this wonderful community of educators, students, and parents.
First and foremost, I want to express my commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all our students. A continuous goal of our staff is to create an atmosphere where each student can reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
Respect, kindness, and empathy are the cornerstones of a thriving community, and we will work together to instill these values in every student. By working on these items together, we can build a strong foundation for success and growth.
